Sam is a current MPCT apprentice, working towards a L3 Personal Training qualification. Sam is one of the most sought after trainers in Rhondda Cynon Taff for his dedication, knowledge and high standards. He has a fighting background, specialising in MMA, BJJ and Boxing and was ranked number 3 in the UK in the heavyweight category for MMA.
