UK. Alongside its ranking on the list, MPCT has also been awarded the Best Companies’ 3-Star Accreditation
status, which represents extraordinary levels of engagement.

Since 1991 Investors in People has set the standard for better people management. MPCT holds an award
by Investors in People – Gold Standard. MPCT was the first company in Wales to gain the award and is now
the only company to have retained it at Gold Standard three times in a row.
