MPCT Apprentice and Personal Trainer
Sam Davies
Sam is a current MPCT apprentice, working towards a L3 Personal Training qualification. Sam is one of the most sought after trainers in Rhondda Cynon Taff for his dedication, knowledge and high standards. He has a fighting background, specialising in MMA, BJJ and Boxing and was ranked number 3 in the UK in the heavyweight category for MMA.
Captain at Pontypridd RFC
Dafydd Lockyer
Hailing from Abercwmboi in the Cynon valley, Dafydd is the captain of Welsh Premiership champions Pontypridd RFC. He is consistently one of the best players in the Welsh Premiership having picked up the Welsh Premiership player of the year awards 3 times in recent seasons. Another career highlight for Dafydd came when he was selected for the famous Barbarians RFC.

Rhian Adams
Rhian is a sport and exercise enthusiast! Her love for sport has seen her compete in many different sports at the top level. Whatever she turns her hand too, she has to give it 100%! Her finest sporting achievement was representing Wales at rugby. Rhian is also a fully qualified PT and currently works in Dubai.

Liam Williams
Born in Clydach Vale, Rhondda, Liam Williams is currently one of the hottest prospects in British boxing’s Super Welterweight division. He is the current British and Commonwealth light middle weight champion. Liam is currently unbeaten and his excellent work ethic, mental toughness and undoubted skill makes him one to watch out for in future.
