Roshan started with the company on the 3rd of December 2013. He has had a successful progression within the organisation progressing from a learner to a Centre Manager.
Roshan started working for the company as an Apprentice Instructor in 2013 after spending few months in the programme as a learner. His roles and responsibilities were to assist the Physical training Instructors with the delivery of Physical Training in the course. Roshan spent 2 years as a fulltime Schools Instructor for the Schools programme in Farnborough. His roles and responsibilities consisted of liaising with local schools and community to reengage 13-16 year old’s back to education. He did this by going into schools and local authority to find disengaged students with the secondary education sector. He then brought them in to MPCT 1-5 days a week and delivered his own programme. These young individuals were introduced to regular Physical Training, Math and English and Public Services Qualification. The structure of the programme helped these young individuals with discipline and personal skills & qualities. The programme helped school learners reengage with education and the results when they returned to school were astonishing. Roshan started the MPCT School programme in England. The programme later expanded across England and by the end of the second year, Roshan had the biggest Schools provision in England with approximately 25 learners. This role helped Roshan establish a professional relationship with the local community, schools and education authority. He did this until he was appointed as a Fulltime Instructor for the College Programme.
Roshan worked as a Section Instructor for Military Preparation College for 3 years. His role consisted of helping and supporting young adults with qualifications, fitness and personal skills & qualities in order to succeed into the Military and other Employment. He was regularly taking lessons and delivering Physical Training sessions at the college and has helped many new Staff in his college and other colleges within the region. Roshan did this until he was appointed as the Lead Instructor for Military Preparation College Aldershot.

Leah joined MPCT in 2019 to shape young people's lives a provide a pathway for them.
Leah has been teaching for 3 years, working with Football clubs teaching BTEC Sports with Maths and English. This stems from her own experience in the sport - Leah has played football since she was 6 years old resulting in selection for two Premiership teams and trialling for England. This passion has continued as she currently coaches football at the weekend for children.
I joined the MPCT Aldershot in June 2021 as a temporary part-time Learning Support Assistant. I also work part-time as a Technician in Design & Technology at a local secondary school.
It is a privilege to be here with such a great team and an incredibly enthusiastic group of young people with varying aspirations.
I have served with Surrey Police as a Police Community Support Officer, which always threw up new situations and no two days were the same. Every day involved community engagement of some sort by means of foot patrols, reassurance visits to victims of crime and crime reduction through visible presence.
The elements I enjoyed most were team working and representing them in athletics, where I competed in distances from cross country to marathon.
I also ran for Dorking & Mole Valley Athletics Club for many years and whilst running is still a big part of my life, I enjoy open water swimming and road cycling.
Learning Welsh is another one of my interests and I am working towards fluency. I have been visiting Snowdonia to go hill walking ever since I was young. Wales is a country that I have grown more and more fond of, interested in, and connected to.
My husband has been serving in the British Army for 33 years and between us we have 3 grown up children – 2 daughters and a son.
Shah Jangeerkhan was born in Guildford in 1996. He grew up wanting to play football and pursue a career in the sport.
After completing his GCSE’s, he went on to study a Level 3 Diploma in Sport, A levels in French and achieved an FA level 2 in football coaching. He currently holds the position of ‘Sports secretary’ for the South of England where he organizes sporting events such as football, basketball and volleyball tournaments for MKA UK youth members.
Shah has competed at semi-professional level in football but found his passion in coaching and helping young learners progress in their chosen careers.
He joined MPCT Aldershot in May 2021 as an LSA, where he works closely with SEN learners. In his free time Shah likes to engage in youth work, charity events and various sports.
I joined the Army September 9th 2001 as a junior leader at AFC Harrogate and left in September 2015. During my fourteen years I was fortunate enough to deploy on three operational tours, two of Iraq and one of Afghanistan.
After returning from my second tour I was selected to be a training instructor at Bassingbourn, developing and mentoring new recruits from day one, to week fourteen. this is where my love of instruction was born. It was rewarding to witness and be apart of their journey in their chosen path and gave me a great sense of pride when they made it to pass off day.
After Bassingbourn I was selected to go on my Challenger 2 commanders course and passed that top of the class.
