The MPS looks to engage, motivate and educate learners. As a training provider to schools and local authorities, with 19 years of experience, we are able to provide extensive opportunities across England and Wales.

Award Winning Provision

MPCT has been inspected by Ofsted and was awarded outstanding in all areas. This includes the outcomes for learners, learning and assessment, leadership and management and quality of teaching.

MPCT has been named “Training Provider of the Year” in one of the UK’s most prestigious awards for further education at the Times Education Supplement (TES) Further Education Awards 2017.

MPCT has earned a place in the esteemed Sunday Times’ Best Small Companies to Work For 2017. MPCT achieved the Best Companies 3-Star Accreditation status, which represents extraordinary levels of engagement.

As a dynamic organisation, we are proactive to the ever changing educational environment which enables us to provide current and accurate teaching and learning to the young learners of our provision.

The MPS only employ the best. All instructors have extensive military experience combined with a desire to teach and educate the young people of today. Every instructor holds a recognised teaching qualification, enhanced DBS and has undergone the MPS induction programme and continued CPD training.
