Mr Smith joined the Royal Engineers on the 10/05/2015 after joining MPCT to build his confidence and public speaking.

Mr Smith said “Without the Staff’s help I probably wouldn’t of completed the application process. They kept me focussed and encouraged me to keep going. Even when I was injured they were always ready to talk it through with me. Thank you”.
